CHOCOLATE!!!!! Everyone loves it and those that say they don’t are liars.

It’s one of life’s complete loves and for some it’s an obsession, yes, that’s me. I’ve tried keeping it out the house, getting the little kids multi packs and having one a day but no they all go in one sitting. I’ve even nailed friends chocolate presents I bought that day then had to re buy them, its so difficult. Damn those cocoa beans!

The one thing that I have found that works, for me anyway, is dark chocolate.

I know that everyone loves a good old milk chocolate bar and only a few would take the dark chocolate option. ‘real’ chocolate is gorgeous and you don’t need that much as it definitely has all the benefits of curbing those sugar and chocolate pangs.

Here is a link that is a must read, it’s all about the dark chocolate and also the nutrient difference between the different chocolates out there.

Here are a few little ideas that are quick and simple as a snack that anyone can do in minutes with 90% dark chocolate and they will help with your cravings.
